The crew of USS Galileo and all affiliated mission personnel are listed below, organized by department and rank. Civilian VIPs, members of Starfleet Command, and foreign liaisons are also displayed accordingly. The vessel's command staff (in-character rank structure) is also displayed and represents the senior-most officers aboard the starship.

The legend indicates those characters which are primary characters (PCs) as well as those that are secondary, protected non-player characters (PNPCs). Redshirt (disposable) characters are also included and designated as unprotected NPCs.
